Being a Huge fan of Pao de Queijo this was a disappointment ❗
15 min waiting for 10 tini mini bread balls, quite pricy (I guess that's what you can expect from industrialised big company) menu very limited, half items not available when requested. Once the pao de queijo was ready it was raw inside, not fluffy at all, tasted like shoe insole - rubber, different in the adverts picture different in reality. That was not my first pao de queijo in my life, but definitely won't try again in here.
Service leaves something to be desired, training to better serve the consumer is essential today! The consumer is "the soul of the business"! If companies don't focus on employee training and qualifications, they only have to lose!
